April Bowlby is an American actress and model. She has been known for her role as Kandi on the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress best recognized for her role as Stacy Barrett in the American Legal Comedy drama/fantasy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Modeling was her first career before she moved into films and TV shows. Her first small-screen appearance was as an extra on the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation followed by single-episode appearances in different series. Then she landed the breakout part as Kandi in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has received worldwide acclaim due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the hit series Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl from the American online series Titans. A spin-off from the show Doom Patrol will see her playing the role. Bowlby was also featured in TV film Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen with the feature film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. She was a Drama student in the class of Ivana Chobbuck and landed the lead role in the TV series (Kandi for Two and a Half Men) just a few months after her Hollywood first audition. Bowlby has appeared on many TV programs including CSI as Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY with Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005 Stacked with Jasmine in 2005 and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in 2007. Bowlby has recently played the character Natasha (a 12-year-old girl) in All Roads Lead Home. The movie is about an accident which causes Natasha to loss her mother. Bowlby is starring in the comedy movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia. The actress lives in Los Angeles. She has naturally red hair as well as blue eyes. She's not married and she has no kids.
