Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. As a teenager, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. Her return came in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavier weight day.
